Q: What if I want to include a pose in my sequence that is not in the recommended poses for a particular peak pose?
A: There are placeholders called 'Teacher's Choice' that you can include in your sequence. When you print your sequence out, just write or draw the pose in the box!

Q: Why do I have to choose the level of class first?
A: The peak poses are based on the level of student, as some poses are not recommended for beginners.

Q: If I downgrade to the free version, will my premium sequences be available if I restore my membership?
A: Yes, all of your saved sequences will be restored to your account.

Q: Will other peak poses be added?
A:  Yes! Our content is updated regularly.

Q: What is the half sun pose icon?
A: This is an abbreviation for Half Sun Salutation (Ardha Surya Namaskar), which is a sequence of the following poses: Mountain (Tadasana) - Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana) - Half Forward Fold (Ardha Uttanasana).  

Q: What are the modified versions of the Sun Salutations?
A: Used in the beginner sequences, these are variations of Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B.  Cobra is taught instead of Upward-Facing Dog, and Plank and Chaturanga are taught with the knees down.

Q: Should I build my sequence using ALL of the recommended poses for the Peak Pose?
A:  No, the intention is to provide more than you would need for one sequence so you can create multiple sequences for one Peak Pose.
